PRICES & VAT
All prices displayed are in £'s sterling and include VAT at 17.5%.

PAYMENT
Payment can be made securely using one of the following methods: 1) MasterCard / Visa / Switch / Solo / Delta via paypal or Cheque / Postal Order mailed to us ensuring all details are correct with valid bankers card number, expiry date, full name, address and telephone number printed clearly on the reverse. We do advise customers not to send any cash through the post, as we will not be held responsible for any losses.  Please note that we cannot dispatch goods until payment has cleared

GUARANTEE
All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified. If a fault does occur during this period, we shall arrange to have the item repaired or replaced after it has been inspected.  Should you wish to return any items to us please return them UNUSED in their original packaging, accompanied with the receipt / invoice and we will be pleased to offer you an exchange or refund (excluding any carriage charges incurred).

AVAILABILITY
We do hold some items in stock but larger items are normally obtained when ordered.  There may be occasional delays when ordering if the item is not in stock. If this does occur then an advice note will be attached with your invoice. Sometimes we may experience difficulties with the supply of certain products and will advise of this as soon as possible.

PART DELIVERY / DAMAGED GOODS
All your goods should arrive in perfect condition, however, if you do receive any goods that appear to be faulty or damaged, the company must be advised within 72 hours of receipt. This applies to any items that may appear to be missing, unless stated on the invoice that the item is currently out of stock. If any items are not to be used straight away, we advise customers to check that these have been received in perfect condition and working order. The company will do everything possible to ensure your delivery arrives on time and intact, we will not accept responsibility for any additional expenses occurred due to late or incomplete deliveries.

RETURNS PROCEDURE
All goods returned must be clearly labelled and include full documentation, including the reason for return.  All returnable goods must be reported to the company. Goods returned without notice will not be accepted. Carriage charges are non-refundable.

All non faulty or non damaged goods must be returned at the senders' expense. We offer a collection service at a charge of £9.95 per parcel (up to a maximum weight of 20kg) from Mainland UK.  There is also a handling charge of 10%.

SPECIFICATION
Every effort has been made to ensure that the specifications on our  website are correct, however technical data, dimensions and weights serve as a guide only. Sometimes product specifications may change, in such instances we'll do our very best to inform you when placing your order. All our sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure they are as accurate as possible. No guarantee is given or implied that goods will confirm in absolute detail to the description or illustrations published.

Exmoor Leisure will not accept any responsibility for the use of incorrect wiring kits. If you are in any doubt as to the type of wiring system used in your vehicle, please consult your vehicle handbook, or vehicle manufacturer.  Exmoor Leisure will also not accept any responsibility/liability for incorrectly ordered parts or misused/misfitted items.  Exmoor Leisure advises that the customer checks their order of receipt to establish that the correct item has been sent.  As some parts come direct from the manufacturer/supplier, Exmoor Leisure cannot accept any responsibility for incorrectly delivered parts/items before or after fitment when sent from the manufacturer/supplier.

STATUTORY RIGHTS
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
